The mezzanine racking system is to build an intermediate mezzanine on the existing work site or rack to increase the storage space. It can be used as a two- or three-story mezzanine. It is suitable for storing some light and small and medium-sized goods. It is suitable for large quantities of multiple varieties or large quantities. For small batches of goods, the goods are stored and retrieved manually. The goods are usually delivered to the second or third floor by forklifts, hydraulic lifts or freight elevators, and then delivered to a certain location by light trucks or hydraulic pallet trucks. This type of system usually uses medium-sized racks or heavy-duty racks as the support for the main body and floor panels (which is selected based on the total load capacity of the unit rack). The floor panels usually use cold-rolled steel floor slabs and patterned steel floor slabs. or steel grating floor slabs. This type of system has many applications in the automotive parts field, automotive 4S stores, light industry, electronics and other industries.
