The mobile bulk material ship unloader belongs to a ship unloader for unloading bulk materials. The ship unloader includes a lower fixed leg, a slewing bearing, an upper bracket, a conveyor slewing bearing, a screw conveyor, a screw reclaimer and a self-propelled device. The lower fixed leg is connected to the self-propelled device, the upper bracket is connected to the lower fixed leg through the slewing bearing, one end of the screw conveyor is connected to the upper bracket through the conveyor slewing bearing, and the other end of the screw conveyor is connected to the screw reclaimer. The ship unloader is easy to fold and move, does not require an additional power source, and saves investment.
