Mobile dough mixer with automatic spiral provides to obtain big volumes and homogenous mixture of bread dough. When dough is being prepapared, ingredients are being filled into the reserve boiler, and when the first prepared dough is ready and while boiler part is being unloaded by lifting and overturning, the second boiler is set to its place and the next dough starts being prepared. Cleaning of the boiler very easy. Spiral, knife and the boiler are all imported and made of staineless steel. Ä°t has double-rotated engine and it works in two different directions.
