MEH designs and produces many type of mica heating elements which used into the heat gun, hair dryer, toaster, room heater, fan heater, convection heater, electric heater, etc.

Process:

Now MEH has the mature production lines to make good quality mica heating element with lower price.

We own the main machines to process the raw material into the right specification which the element demands in order to reduce the cost for the customer:

• Mica part: processed by punching machine

• Resistance wire: processed by spring automatic winding machine/ wavy wire automatic winding machine.

• Lead wire: automatic terminal crimping machine

• Auto riveting machine and so on.

These machines are greatly helped us to enhance the efficiency and control the quality much more stable.

Specification:

• Insulation Material: Muscovite / Phlogopite mica sheet.

• Heating Wire: OCr*5Al5A, Ni*0Cr*0.

• Voltage Range: **0 **0 V.

• Operating Temperature: Depending upon ratings, motor,construction of heater etc.
