We also design complete bakeries and fabricate proofers & conveyors as well. We Can provide you with Ovens, First & Final Proofers, Coveyors, Oven infeed, Divider rounder's , cross sheeters, mixers and anything else that is required for your automatic or semi automatic operation. Ovens we can design: Direct Fire Indirect Fire Dome Shaped Hard plate or BX5 Baking Mesh Proofers: First proofer Final proofer We may design any size proofer needed (we recently designed and fabricated a *5foot *5 tier proofer) We recently designed and fabricated the entire operating system (Oven, proofer, spiral cooling conveyor, *****) for Bimbo Bakeries USA/Orowheat San Fransisco and Dallas locations "sandwich thins" lines.
