Portland Cement is the basic ingredient of concrete, mortar and plaster which consists of a mixture of oxides of Calcium, Silicon and Aluminum. Portland Cement is made by heating (********0 C) Limestone (a source of Calcium) with clay and then grinding this product (called clinker) with a source of Sulfate (most commonly Gypsum). Several types of Portland Cement are available in the market but with the most common being called Portland Cement (OPC) which is gray in color
