RDER cooling pads are designed for adjusting indoor humidity. It makes use of the new-generation polymer material and advanced spatial crossing linking technology, which has several advantages, including high water absorption, great water resistance, mildew resistance, long life, superior cooling efficiency and so on.
 
Key features of RDER cooling pad
Great permeability ensures that water is uniformly distributed along the length of the wetted pad contributing to higher cooling efficiency, which can reach over *5%.
 
RDER cooling pads involves surface active agent, which can absorb water naturally, with a high rate of diffusion and lasting effectiveness. Generally, a drop of water can be totally diffused within **5 seconds.
 
The water absorption rate of RDER cooling pads can be *0~*0mm/5min or **0/1.5hourwhich has achieved international standard.
 
RDER cooling pads does not contain phenol or other chemical substance which is irritant to the skin. Those products are harmless and non-poisonous while installing or using, and safe, environments protective, energy saving, economic and durable.
 
At present, ripper paper comes with two specifications (*0/*0, *0/*0) for customers to choose from. 
 
Since they are non-toxic, non-smelly, clean and eco friendly, RDER cooling pads are also used in temperature reduction, humidification and air purification. 
 
There are variety material of shape for choosing, including galvanized plate, aluminum alloy, plastic steel, etc.

Our RDER Evaporative Cooling pads are high quality pads constructed from cellulose paper sheets that have been glued and impregnated with a unique formulation that allows the pads to have a high structural integrity as well as high evaporation efficiency performance when exposed to water. 
The unique design allows for a low pressure drop across the pad whilst achieving a high cooling efficiency. The pad is designed to be self-cleaning and will retain its rigid structure when exposed to water making it extremely durable. Our pads are able to achieve exceptional wetting abilities to allow for optimal cooling effect in the most economic and environmentally friendly way.
 
Evaporative Cooling is a **0% natural cooling process achieved from evaporation of water into air. Water is allowed to flow down the pads whilst dry outside air is pulled across the pads producing air that is cool and fresh. The unique flute design of the pads allow a very high surface area of the water come into contact with an equally high surface area of the air allowing for a very high evaporation rate. This evaporation efficiency is as high as *0% with **0m thick pads which allows for large drop in dry bulb temperature as the energy required to evaporate the water into the air is taken from the air. The drier the outside air the better the cooling effect achieved whilst the higher the humidity of the outside air the lower the resultant cooling effect

After mixing with indoorhot air, exhausted by fans, and during cooling, the waste and dust in outdoor air are cleaned, which increases the amount of oxygen in air, makes indoor air fresher, and improves air quality in working environment.
