 Flexible motorized roller conveyor is an extendable powered automatic roller conveyor with controllable conveying speed and adjustable supporting leg height,Having enough power supply by one mini motor per section,it is well qualified to intensively transport goods especially with flat bottom in the warehouse/storehouse,workshop,factory,harbor,dock,etc.

1. Φ50mm galvanized roller conveyors are driven by high quality O-shape belt(SIEGLING brand from Germany);

2.Curved joint plates with better figure and load; 

3.The leg can be adjusted height through adjusting screws,adjustable range is 27.56''~39.37''(700~1000mm);Castor uses universal wheel with brake,that will more portable to move and more stable work;

6.Each section is equipped with one independent CE verified motor (Power is 60w ,STS brand from taiwan);

7.One unit is controlled by one independent electrical box with emergency stop.voltage is optional(standard:220V single phase);

8.Two sets same equipment or different equipment can be connected through hook,that would extend length,so that conveyor can reach to goods in your warehouse and dock;electrical parts can be connected by air plug;

10.Standard diameters of our product is  Φ50mm,more diameters can be choosen by you;standard width of our products is 600mm,more width (such as 800mm,1000mm) can be choosen by you as well;

It can be applied to such situations as production-packing line,temporary conveying line and goods distribution line.It satifies the easy,quick and efficient goods delivery;

meanwhile,it can be used to loading and unloading truck,trailer,van and container,as long as there is flatform in load place;

1.This item can extendable ,retractable and bendable,it can take curve flexibly even in zigzag narrow aisles;

2.As two row roller have gaps,so only flat bottom items like carton,box can be conveyed;
