The seeds contain up to *2 percent oil and *0 percent protein, zinc salts and are rich in vitamin E. They also contain different amino acids and vitamin E, preventing premature aging and stimulating reproductive functions. Pumpkin seeds oil has antioxidant, anti-sclerotic and antiulcer effects.
