This machine has the following features 1）Mode of production is: electrical heating rotary drum, shell outside the belt heating, mesh belt pressing, tailstock stretching, continuous vulcanization; 2）This machine is controlled by PLC and displayed on touch screen, having high automatizating and reliable performance; 3）Pressing mode of vucanization can be realized by continuous operation of steel wire mesh belt through hydraulic pressure acting on the surface of V belt; 4）All kinds of molds on vulcanizing drum can be replaced optionally, meanwhile, its stretching rooler can be also replaced; 5）This machine is equipped with hydraulic system.
