Specification/Property:
This product has excellent functions of permeation, dispersion, washing, degreasing. It can make NaoH enter the fiber to emulsify fully, dissolve, expand, extract, remove cotton powder shell and impurities effectively. It is suitable for the refining, desizing and bleaching of cellulose fiber and blended fabric. The treated fabric has high whiteness, good wettability and high wool efficiency. It provides with clean, fresh and uniform semi-products for the next process.
 
Application:
1) Desizing / Destarching：Amylase  **8g/L  NaoH  **5g/L   Scouring (Refining) agent   **3g/L 
2) Boiling：NaoH  ****0g/L   Scouring (Refining) agent ***0g/L  Chelating agent  **4g/L  
Decatizing*5℃→**2℃**0→*0 minutes
3) Bleaching：H2O2  **6g/L   Scouring (Refining) agent   **3g/L   Oxygen bleaching stabilizer  **6g/L    NaoH  **3g/L  Decatizing *5℃→**5℃**0→*0 minutes
 
HANDLING / STORAGE& TRANSPORT   
It is not expected that this product will give rise to any handling & storage difficulties if properly stored in original packaging or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.
 
Storage:  Store in dry and ventilation place at 5°C- *5°C. The lid should be sealed, air humidity less than *0% when without use.
Shelf life: *2 months (packed in originally sealed barrel, from delivery date. Seal the barrel immediately after sampling or using.
Packing: Plastic barrel at **5 kg / barrel
