( INTERNATIONAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE ) standard. 5: The buyers bank become from the seller bank immediately in the exchange a POP to I.C.C. standard. 6: The seller send the draft contract within *8 to *2 hours to the buyer address 7: Buyer signs Draft Contract within *8 to *2 hours and sends it back to the seller via fax or e- mail and the original contract per UPS / DHL etc. 8: Buyer send to the seller a draft Non-operative Letter of Credit to the seller for approval. 9: After acceptance and approval by seller and sellers bank Buyer issues the inoperative L/C to the seller via SWIFT message within 3 to 5 banking days *0: Seller issues the Pre Advice Performance Bond within 5 to 7 banking days, which triggers the Inoperative L/C of the Buyer to become active. *1: The Operative L/C from the Buyer activates the Pre Advice Performance Bond from the Seller into an operative Performance Bond. *2: Thereafter, the shipment (s) will / shall commence as per this contract.
