Our supplier provides Agritade the finest grains of  Quinoa produced in the Andean province of Puno in Peru. The production method is conventional. Its cleaning process consists on washing the grains to eliminate the saponin, then they are passed through a sieve to make the grains of the same size, then through a gravimetric machine and finally through an optical machine to take out the black grains. This gives out *9.*9% of clear high quality product. The factory that processes the product has a HACCP certification that guarantees excellent quality. We can guaranty supply for all the year. Finally, our presentation comes in sacks of *5 kgs per sack.
