Application in pulp can promote fiber shortening refinement, beating time, adjust the plasma potential, dispersion fibers and improve paper machine making ability.
When sizing of paper in the paper surface,CMC can reduce pores, improve lipid paper , the surface gloss of paper, surface strength and sizing degree, enhanced stiffness, paper smoothness, reduce hair off powder, �improve the printing quality.

6.Drilling-grade CMC:
CMC in drilling fluid used as filtrate reducer, effect is formed by low permeability, flexibility, dense filter cake on the borehole wall, as far as possible to reduce the filtration loss. Used as suspending agent, plugging agent and thickener in low solid drilling fluid.
PAC is a kind of high molecular weight poly anionic cellulose, easily dispersed in all water-based drilling fluid ,and it can be used from freshwater to saturated brine drilling fluid . At low solid polymer drilling fluid, can significantly reduce the filtration loss and thinning of mud cake, and has a strong inhibition to shale hydration. And it has good temperature tolerance and salt resistance.

7.Detergent-grade CMC:
