Advantages of air-steam hybrid sterilization retort

 

The most obvious advantage of steam air sterilization is low consumption sterilization. Heat is heated directly with the most primitive steam.

Steam and air inside the retort exist at the same time, without exhaust process. With the function of the circulation fan, air-steam is high speed circulation, mix adequately, make uniform temperature is reached inside the kettle.

A fan is installed at one end of the antiseptic cauldron. There are air duct on both sides of the retort, the spraying device is installed in the top of the retort and the heat exchanger is installed the outside of the retort.

In temperature increasing procedure, fan make the steam spread fastly through the duct fan so that to increase the heat transfer rate of sterilization in food, avoid cold spots, reduce the heating time, improve product taste.

Cooling - using steam condensate as the circulating water, through the heat exchanger, indirect cycle cooling. The condensed water temperature close to the product temperature, temperature difference is small, less cooling process, so as to solve the traditional sterilization retort of uneven distribution of steam, slow speed of heating, water wastage and limitations to use big technical problems.
