Description
 
Red Ginseng Dan is carrying on 300 years of tradition, this handcrafted fermented enzyme syrup is a health and well-being food supplement made by concentrating and fermenting raw local ingredients without any additives, in a cauldron over the fire.

It is a fermented enzyme agent that is fermented and concentrated for a total of 48 hours without any additives and only using raw ingredients (chives, radish, bellflower, mugwort, water parsley, etc.) with ginger, garlic, sorghum and barley malt which are rich in antioxidants.



The advantages of using the traditional method of a cast iron cauldron over a wood fire are as follows.

1. The particle is rough and it has a small amount as it is concentrated to one-twentieth of the amount of raw materials.

2. It takes more than 8 hours to be concentrated over a wood fire.

3. High production costs due to a water-based method that requires a lot of human effort.
