The round separator is a universal
device designed with full demonstrability and utmost optimization
and have the tend to be standardized. It is very suitable to
separate small particle, minuteness powder and the separation of
solid and liquid, also named vibrating sieve, sifter, grader…etc.
We have many types as per various applications. We are very
flexible and make special designs as your requirement.
Below is the six type for different
application:
a. Standard
Type
Standard type vibrating sieve
machine adopts the unique design and installation. The sieving
efficiency is 1.**4 times than the ordinary vibration sifting
machine in China at present.
According to different construction
materials: carbon steel (Q**5) and stainless steel (SS**4,
SS**6…) there are full carbon steel type, standard steel type and
full stainless steel (especially for pharmaceutical
industrial).
b. Ultrasonic
Type
This type is adding a supersonic
device over standard type; it is for materials hard to handle
(with static electricity, strong stickiness, irregular shapes and
mesh size thinner than **0mesh). The machine can be installed
three layers at most. The latest-designed frame can be designed
as removable type, flanged type and standard type.
c. High Frequency
Type
The high frequency vibrating screen
has fewer dimensions and weight．It is
easy to move and the height is adjustable. The machine has high
efficiency and precision. It can separate the material with high
fineness above **0 meshes. It’s mainly applicable for filtrating
the fine powder and sticky liquid.
d. Flanged Type (
especially for glaze slurry)
The feature of this design is large
feeding, avoiding splash and easily observing the materials on
screen surface. This type is application for slurry or
hand-feeding material sieving.
e. Double Motor
Type
Double Motor Type sieve machine
adopts advanced structure design and enable the screening
handling capacity to reach biggest within the range of minimum
space. The sieving efficiency is ***0 times than the ordinary
vibration sifting machine.
f. High Efficiency Direct Ejection
Type
The high efficiency vibrating
screen (direct ejection) is a new type vibrating screen which
capability is 5 to *0 times of normal vibrating screen. The
outlet for large flux is under the machine, it is easy for the
installation of flow production line.
Features:
1.This round separator is one of precised powder sieve, it is
of high efficiency, and the screening accuracy exceeds *0%.
2.It adopts whole sealing structure design, the sealed effect
is fairly well, no dust pollution, no leaking liquid, no
material left in machine, and no dead angle in the net
frame.
3. Small volume and light weight, easy to be installed and
maintained.
4. The outlet can be adjusted at any angle, and it is easy to
replace the screen.
5. the rubber ball device can reduce the chance of jam on the
screen.
6. By adding the device ultrasonic instrument conversion
device, superfine materials up to **0 mesh can be
sieved.
Scope of application:
It
is widely used in many industries, such as mining, building,
materials, metallurgy, casting, abrasive, chemical, light
industry, pharmaceutical, and food industry.
Principle of the
structure
It uses vertical motor as the source of vibration, with
eccentric hammer on the both sides of motor, change
circumrotate to level ,upright and incline movement, then pass
these three movement to surface of the screen. Adjust the phase
angle on the both sides of the top and bottom to change the
movement track of the surface screen. This will help to screen
different materiel in different situation
successfully.

1.There are six specifications for this XZS series round
separator, materials using in each part can be customized.

explosion-proof.
