Price: Indicative price as of June *4, ***3, is $**8.*0 USD per MT - FOB Brazilian port. We can provide most current indicative pricing upon request. For CIF shipments (Incoterms ***0), please inform us of  destination port and we will be glad to provide indicative quote (due to market fluctuations final price to be stated when buyer is ready to place firm and irrevocable order)

Payment Terms: For FOB *0% T/T upon placement of order, balance when shipment is ready at mill before being forwarded to Brazilian port. For CIF *0% T/T upon placing of order, balance against copy of shipping documents (see below for procedure overview).

Volume Capabilities: For new customers, we are able to ship a maximum of 1,**0 MT in containers per CIF shipment or up to 3,**0 MT per FOB shipment. We are able to ship one shipment about every 2 weeks. After several smooth transactions, after consultation with our partners in Brazil, volume may be increased in stages. Minimum per shipment is **0 MT.

 

Procedure overview:

 

For FOB shipments: 

1) Crius sends indicative quotation

2) Buyer approves quotation. 

3) Crius Trading issues pro forma invoice with final price and sales contract. 

4) Buyer signs pro forma and contract and return by email. 

5) Buyer effects down payment. 

6) Crius forwards down payment funds to mill. When mill accepts down payment, deal becomes non-revocable for all parties. 

7) Upon receipt of down payment mill registers deal with stock exchange and price is blocked (locked in). This ensures all parties are not at risk of volatile market movements. 

8) Sugar is prepared for shipment at mill. 

9) Buyer effects payment of balance. 

*0) Mill forwards goods to Brazilian port. 

 

For CIF shipments:
