1) CERBACK Brand Ceramic Welding back
up tapes & strips for one side welding. These are used for ALL
kind of WELDING PROCESSES & for ALMOST ALL METALS, for One Side
welding. Welding processes such as SMAW, FMAW, GMAW, SAW, CO2, TIG,
MIG etc.
By using Weld back up strips,
Welding COST is saved approx *0 to *0% whereas welding TIME is
saved by *0%. RESULTS are **0% RADIOGRAPHIC WELDING. No Back
CHIPPING, No Back GRINDING or Gouging, No PURGING
required.
Weld back up tape consists various
profiles of Non Porous CERAMIC tiles for butt welding, Fillet
welding etc.
2) SIBACK - FIBERGLASS Backing
Tapes.
SIBACK is a high heat resistant aluminum
backing tape with a woven fiberglass having RED Center line for
easy location in root gap adjustment.
Very simple & easy to use. Just peel off
release paper from Aluminum. Stick Aluminum tape to backside
of the root gap on sheet, plate, pipe or vessel, adjusting center
line with Center of Root gap. The fiberglass, which is One
inch wide, covers the root gap and leaves no open air gap,
causing NO OXIDATION .
By using fiberglass weld back up tapes, Welding COST
is saved approx *0 to *0% whereas welding TIME is saved by *0%.
RESULTS are **0% RADIOGRAPHIC WELDING. No Back CHIPPING, No Back
GRINDING or Gouging, No PURGING

fiberglass welding back up tapes are one inch in
width, pasted at center of *5 mm wide Aluminum tape coated
with temperature resistant acrylic
adhesive.
Fiberglass backing tapes are available in *0mil (1
mm) thick, *0 Mil (1.5mm) thick & **0 mil(3mm)
thick.
