Description

This production line is the light-reduction operating galvanizing line developed by Xinke institute. Low resistance stainless tube is adopted as cathode pole. Its abrasion is very small. To adopt electroplating continuous operating line of heat treatment, driven power and labor force may be saved. So economic benefits will be increased. All the line is composed by the following facilities: (1) paying off wire by H-type spool; (2) heat treatment furnace (tube type partial direct fire, high output); (3) waste heat boiler ( steam is used for alkali slot, hot-water slot and drying); (4) electrolytic alkali wash (electron-positron pole interchanging type); (5) hot-water washing; (6) electrolytic acid or alkali wash; (7) washing slot(washed with low press straight line); (8) plating bath ( adopted with low resistance stainless tube, efficiency is high.
