Bonding Frits (Ceramic Glue) for holding together abrasive grains in the manufacture of grinding wheels and sticks. ****5 % of frit powder is mixed with the abrasive materialm moulded into the required shape, and the moulded shapes are heated to the melting point of the bonding frit. the frit then melts and spreads in the cavities between the abrasive grinding material. When it cools, it solidifiesminto a hard, glassy material, which holds the adrasive grains togather in a hard, ceramic grip.
