This machine is used to grind the faces of the spring. It consists of two grinding wheels running in opposite directions. The spring is passed through the spaces between the two grinding wheels. It is driven with the stepless variable DC Drive. The springs may need one pass or multipass depending on the requirement. Spring length can be varied within the range of the machine.
