Application:
Designed to inspect bed sheet, cloth, textile and down-filled coat and so on, it can be installed easily on the production line directly, used in the factories of feather clothing, bed sheet, cloth, nonwoven products, textiles, cotton clothing, bulky fabric and paper products to detect their hidden broken needles and ferromagnetic materials.

Stainless steel detection surface. High sensitive, good anti-jamming, easy to install it,tailor-made switching power supply, to fit to all kinds of voltages. Touch type button control, ten grades sensitivity adjustment and new SMD surface mounting circuit technology. It can control the external electrical appliances. 10 LED alarm lights can indicate the broken needle location.
