The site we intend to operate has an area initially of approximately *0 hectares, which shall be expanded to *9 hectares once the mining activity becomes active. Meanwhile, we now have 2, **0mt READY STOCKPILE we can offer to you pending commencement of our mining operations. Mn grade ranges from *5.*0% to *2.*8% per CCIC Assay results. We do not require down payment for this stockpile and we are glad to inform you that we have lowered our price to US$**0/mt for *5% Mn content, +/-US$2/mt per +/*1% Mn content. We require buyer to issue an Irrevocable and Confirmed Letter of Credit issued in our favor by an internationally accredited and reputable bank, NEGOTIABLE WITH ANY BANK, for the corresponding value of the Manganese Ore.
