Features : DFCZ standard chemical process pump is improved and designed by our company, which is combined foreign advanced technique on the basis of CZ pump. It is horizontal, radially split volute casing, back pull out and single stage single suction chemical centrifugal pump. It complies with API**0, ISO***8 and DIN****6 standards. Its comprehensive performance exceeds the IH pump fully. It adopts column rolling bearings and back thrust bearing, oil lubrication. It has high load bearing capability. Pump shaft diameter is sufficient (heavy) duty, the whole machine operates stably. Shaft sealing adopts single (double) face, it also can adopt soft packing, which can meet the sealing demand in all kind of conditions. Axial force is balanced by back vane or balancing hole, for the specification with big radial force, we adopt double passage design. The whole frame includes shaft impeller, shaft seal, pump cover to be an assembling units, so pump can be checked and maintained without dismantling pipeline. When a spacer coupling is used, motor can’t be dismantled. Pump flange adopts PN*6 and PN*5 pressure grades(it varies with different material), it also accord with class **5 or *0 ANSL standard.
