DESCRIPTION : BIOSOFT GM L enzyme has been produced with the most modern techniques of biotechnology. Therefore, the product consists of a highly purified enzyme protein with minimal amount of non-enzyme impurities. This modern technology confers to BIOSOFT GM L an excellent efficiency/price relation, because it maintains all the services to the same dosages and to smaller price. The enzyme of BIOSOFT GM L has been obteined using modern biotechnology production methods and is obtained from a genetically modified organism. The enzyme is produced through a fermentation process and is fully biodegradable. FEATURES : When cellulose materials such as cotton, linen, ***** are woven they present various blemishes such as knots, fluff, etc. that give the fabric a dull appearance and a rough feel. The rational use of enzyme systems eliminates these blemishes to provide the following effects: - A smooth fabric, without fluff, reducing the tendency for the formation of "Pilling". - Improvement of the touch and smoothness. - A more brilliant fabric. - Improvement of the water absorbing capacity. USE : EQUIPMENT: Jet / Whinch - High speed LOAD: The same as for dyeing. SPEED: The same as for dyeing. ENZYME DOSE: 0.5% BIOSOFT GM L on the clothing weight. HUMECTANT: Non-ionic humectants are recommended. BATH RATIO: 5 to 8 litres solution per kg of fabric. TIME: **- *0 min. pH: 4.5 - 5.5 controlled with acetic acid and sodium acetate at 1gram/litre. TEMP: *0 - *5°C The use of BIOSOFT GM L is recommended after the dyeing operation. It is possible to obtain a "SUPERSOFT" finish by treating the fabric with a chemical softener at any stage after the enzyme softening.
