Product Feature The linings of car high temperature furnaces are made of high quality fibers and light refractory bricks, which is stable, durable , corrosion resistant and heat-insulated. There is impact-proof bricks which automatically seal car and furnace door .And foundation installation is not needed , you just place it on the floor and then you can use it . Heating elements are made of high temperature electric-resistant alloy which is belt-shaped or spiral-shaped , and they are respectively placed on bricks on sides , door, back and car of the furnace , which ensure temperature uniformity. We use microcomputer cabinet to control and record working temperature , it is precise. it can perform functions such as heating up, heat retaining and cutting off electricity automatically according to process requirements , the recorder can record data and alarm when the temperature exceeds normal value.
