Structure: This equipment are composed of emulsification mixer , water-oil pot, vacuum system, heating and cooling system, hydraulic pressure up lifting system, pouring material device, draining material system, material inlet system, electric control system, temperature control system, working frame and pipes and so on. Work principle: The high-speed isotropic emulsifier consists of a high rotating impeller and a stator with radiating diversion groove. The impeller is so designed that the upper and lower vanes rotate at a high speed, which suck the material respectively and then project it centrifugally. Since the gap between the impeller and the stator is very small, the material will experience a series of strong physical reaction such as shearing , pressing, mixing and injecting, so that the material can be complete mixed and emulsified.
