Description

Producing process Firstly, raw material is transported into the grinding chamber evenly and continuously for powder-processing. Due to the centrifugal force caused by rotation, the rollers oscillate outward to press the ring, and then the shovel scoops up the materials to the space between the ring and rollers to accomplish the grinding. After grinding, the powder is brought into the analyzer by the circulation wind of blower and is classified. The large-sized powder is recycled by the air from the blower back into the grinding chamber for regrinding, and the fine powder is blown into the cyclone and poured out through the output-powder pipe as the final products. Because the material to be grinded contains certain moisture, the heat is made in the grinding process, then the moisture is evaporated, and the outside gas is sucked, so the cycle air pressure increases.
