Description

A: Light halves *0% (± 5 %) of lot are half kernels. Remainder *0 % (±5) is formed by three-fourths half kernels or so called "invalid half kernel". The color is light and clean. The lot is well dried, clean and insect uninjured. Different packaging possible as required by customer. B: Light quarters and broken The lot includes mix of light quarters and light broken walnut kernels. The size of the kernels from this lot is up *8 mm but not less than 7 mm. The color is light and clean. The lot is well dried, clean and insect uninjured. Different packaging possible as required by customer. Z: Light Mix (halves, quarters and broken). The lot includes mix of light halves walnuts (*0%, ±5 %) , light quarters and broken walnuts (*0 %, ±5 %). The color is light. The lot is well dried, clean and insect uninjured. Different packaging possible as required by customer. C: Amber Mix (halves, quarters and broken). The lot includes mix of amber halfs walnuts (*0%, ± 5 %), amber quarters and broken walnuts (*0%, ± 5 %). The color is darker than light. The lot is well dried, clean and insect uninjured. Different packaging possible as required by customer. Small Pieces The size of the pieces variates from 4 mm to 6 mm. Walnut pieces are used in bakery production. At the customer demand the size can be changed to category from 2mm to 4mm. Meal The lot includes a various consistencies ranging from a coarse meal to a fine powder. The walnut meal is used to dust cakes, integrate into dough and batter, is incorporated into pastas, added to fillings, and used as a thickening agent in sauces.
