The complete recycling PET bottles line contains several processes-unpacking, removals of metalsï&frac*4;Œcolor separation, material separation, wet granulation, floatation, hot wash, friction wash rinse and wind select. The process enables the separation of PET, PE and PP, separation of different colors, and separation of different materials. Elble-made machines are efficient in producing high quality PET flakes, realizing†bottle to bottle†recycling process that confirms with FDA, both in purity and water content. Normally this complete automatic line needs only 2 persons to operate. Moreover, we are capable of providing a complete water treatment system to ensure sewage discharge in a correct way. Full capacity of the production line: 3 tons/hour, 2 tons/hour, 1 ton/hour and o.5ton/hour.
