1. Machine is stripped down, checked
and re-assembled
2. Hydraulic tank, cooler and filter are
cleaned
3. The hydraulic system, including the
pump is checked and repaired
4. Toggle system is checked and toggles
replaced if worn
5. Clamp cylinder is checked for full
pressure working
6. The injection screw and barrel is
checked to ensure it is back-flow
free
7. Electrical control panel is checked and
defective parts replaced.
8. Machine is painted and a *4 hour test
run is carried out
