We will require ICPO for SLCO containing as Appendices the following information: The Buyers ARAMCO Registration Number (If they have one) The refineries Registration Number Each refinerys capacity for storage Each refinerys capacity for processing A Bank Confidence Letter (BCL) w/permission for a Soft Probe A Letter Authorizing the Mandate from the Buyer to purchase the oil on their behalf Upon receiving this information we will issue a new NCND with the Sellers mandate [therefore, the Coordinating Facilitator Function we possess the tie between the Buyer and Seller and remain in the loop Coordinating until conclusion]. Once this tie is established we will present your qualifications to the Sellers Mandate for an FCO to be issued to you along with a Draft contract made out to the Buyer for their approval/signature.
