Zhongda series spraybooths are highly economical and reliable, provide spraying, accelerated drying or baking in one clean, fast operation. The Zhongda airflow system provides a scrupulously clean environment within the booth. Operators may herefore work with complete comfort and confidence, using virtually any type of today’s paint materials. Lighting: Lighting units each with four *6watt tubes inclined in ceiling or in wall panels for shadow free illumination. Model II: Backward inclined turbo fan intake, which is assembled on to motor drive shaft directly, thus providing high efficiency, energy savings and a dramatic reduction in overall operating ***** of incoming air as well as recycled air. Extract: Model I: High efficiency centrifugal fan extract, 3 phase motor, belt drive, vibration free. Model II: Backward inclined turbo fan extract, which is assembled on to motor drive shaft directly, thus providing high efficiency, energy savings and a dramatic reduction in overall operating costs. Full floor filters and post-filtration before extract fan minimize the pollution of atmosphere. Sparkproof construction. Pre-assembled and tested. Optional active-carbon filter. Heating: High efficiency stainless indirect heat exchanger can be fired by either oil, natural gas or propane gas.
