Principle :

Solid:

Referring to the standards of ASTM D**7, D**2, ISO***1, ***3 and by applying the buoyancy of Archimedean principle, and it can show the density, volume, mixture ratio directly.

Powder:

According to the standards of ASTM D**7, D**2, ISO***1, ***3, and by adopting the immersion displacement method of Archimedean principle, and cooperated with a pycnometer, it can show the true density result directly.

Porous:

According to ASTM D**7, D**2, ISO***1, ***3 standard and by adopting the buoyancy method of Archimedean principle. It can show the bulk density result directly.
 

Mode :

1. DS

For non-water-absorbent solid products, the density, volume, mix ratio 1 and mix ratio 2 can be shown directly.

2. Powder

For powder products, using a pycnometer can directly show the true density of powder.

3. BULK

For porous material products that can directly show bulk density, wet density, apparent density, apparent porosity, water absorption, the volume of open pores, the volume of closed pores, total porosity. 

Features :

1. With Infrared temperature sensors can automatically detect water temperature and automatically compensate for water temperature and solution compensation.

2. With the RS***2C / USB computer interface, it can be easily connected to a PC and printer.

3. With the latest touch screen, simple operation and immediately display all measurement data.

4. DS with upper and lower limit functions, you can determine whether the specific gravity of the test object is qualified or not. This machine is equipped with a buzzer device.

5. With the function of mixing ratio, measure the ratio of the main materials in the two mixed materials.  For example: Use the setting of the mixing ratio to calculate the glass fiber content.

6. The large tank design is adopted to reduce the error caused by the buoyancy of the hanging rail.  The size of the water tank is **8 × **0 × *5mm.
