Description:
These grades are composed of a continuous cotton woven cloth
impregnated with a phenolic resin binder. They have good electrical
property, excellent mechanical property, good heat resistance,
excellent acid resistance, good solvent resistance, and easy to
process.
Cotton based grades provide more mechanical strength than paper
based grades and have finer surface with better machinability.
Applications:
For use in Machine spare parts, gears, pinions, bearing retainers,
scrapers, pneumatic tools, motors, conveyer machine, textile
machinery, and other insulating structural parts.
