Description
L**2 can adjust the system viscosity and surface tension of
the powder coatings in the melting state, so that the coating
surface has the wrinkle, art, texture pattern, etc. Different sizes
of pattern through different amount. The production process is
simple with one-time extrusion, and no need for secondary molding.
It also has the good pattern stability and storage stability.

1. The fine wrinkle pattern can be achieved by adding very
small amount of Sand Textured agent L**3.
2. The advantage of this agent is
that the dosage is small, clear texture effect can be achieved with
little amount .
Dosage: 0.1~0.4% based on total amount of coating
formula, extruded with the
batch.
L**2
can be used for all kinds of thermosetting powder coating.
Do not add leveling agent and benzoin,
etc in the substrate powder.,the size of pattern varies inversely with the
amount.
Packaging: Polyethylene lined, multi-ply paper bag,
*5kg/bag.
Storage conditions:Keep in cool place; keep away from
fire.
