INNOVATIVE SEAFOOD PROJECT We are looking for investor (s) for the following project: Companies: ASI - A processing and distribution company for tiger prawns and other seafood products MSI - A shipowner company that will own three factory ships under long term lease to ASI Project: Conversion of 3 trawlers to factory ships for processing of tiger prawns and other seafood products Project cost: USD *4.**0.**0 (provided by the Norwegian government) Additional seed capital needed: USD **0.**0, - We are the principal owners of this project. Current status of the project: 1. The three trawlers have been located and the Russian owners have agreed to sell. 2. A shortlist of Norwegian shipyards willing to bid on the project has been finalized. 3. To date our company ASI has signed up with prawn farmers for an annual production of 4.**0 metric tons of tiger prawns with options for another *0.**0 metric tons.
