The aluminum coil was rolled, with lubricant, anti-oxide grease and impurities of Si, Mg, Te, Cu left on its surface. the pretreatment line of aluminum coil can be cleaned and form a compact honeycomb oxide film layer(non-toxic, tasteless, no waste water) on the surface of work pieces with better endurance, strong adhesion of painting layer and our advanced coating & painting processing technology, which protects environment meanwhile saves cost. According to usages, the aluminum coil after pretreatment is painted with different types of painting on the surface. Then it is baked in the oven with automatic temperature controller, forming the coated aluminum coil which function is up to the requirements. The line adopts fashionable three-painting & two-baking. It can individually finish processing of bottom painting, cover painting and back painting for only once. The bottom painting and cover painting machines adopt the advanced three-roll precision converse roller painting technology. The back painting machine adopts the advanced two-roller precision converse roller painting technology. When the thickness tolerance of the painted film can be insured less than ±1um, the appearance quality of the painted film can achieve the best. The oven adopts the advanced design, with which the temperature is balanced and the energy-conservation is above *0%. It insures the quality, while decreases the cost. This line has storage sets in the winding & unwinding segments. When the coating segment works normally, the winding & unwinding segments can stop to load & unload the aluminum coil. The efficiency and using ratio of the aluminum coil and painting are more improved than half continuous production line. The line adopts three closed loop intension, and is controlled and coordinated by computer and PLC.
