Electrostatic Powder Coating Line with Accumulating Conveyer

Description

This production line is more suitable for the workpieces of metallic profiles/panels surface powder coating of length longer, productivity higher. The characteristic of the system is that beside the continuous running workpiece conveying system, there are two accumulation areas, i.e. one is for workpiece loading, when workpiece accumulates up to a certain quantity in the area, they would be released automatically one by one, meanwhile the conveying chain is running as usual so that the workpieces could be loaded continuously; another one is inside the curing oven, the workpieces would suspend in the area to finish the powder curing process. So the main features of the production line is that it covers less space than conventional powder coating line, and the production costs is lower, productivity is much higher.
