Seller sends his Full Corporate Offer (*****) to the Buyer. 3. Buyer signs ***** and sends it back to the Seller. 4. Seller sends Proforma Invoice and Contract to the Buyer. 5. Buyer signs ***** / / Contract, and sends it back to the Seller 6. Buyer opens a SWIFT MT **3/*3 or DLC//SBLC -NON OPERATIVE, Payable **0% against presentation of shipping documents A. Board" Bill of Lading board" bill of lading B. Commercial invoice C. Certificate of origin D. Phytosanitary certificate E. Certificate of quality and quantity issued by "SGS" at loading port. 7. Both parties send a copy of the Contract to respective Banks. 8. Buyer opens a non-operative SWIFT MT *****3 or SBLC/DLC as agreed in the contract to the Seller&#**9;s Bank. 9. Seller&#**9;s Bank posts *****. + P.B. (2%) of the L/C value to the Buyer&#**9;s Bank to activate the SWIFT MT *****3 or SBLC/DLC. *0. Shipment commences as agreed in the Proforma Invoice, immediately (*0 days) after SWIFT MT **3/*3 or SBLC/DLC opened from Buyer&#**9;s Bank to Seller&#**9;s Bank. *1. At the time of charter party determination Seller will provide delivery details to the Buyer who in turn will provide Seller with Port and Discharge details. Seller also provides arrival of the vessel to be loaded and relevant data of the vessel and pertinent matters.
