Flock Transfer Printing gives a beautiful 3D velvet finish. 

It can be used to make transfers: 

1.Reverse side screen printing on the flock layer of a synthetic adhesive, sprinkled with hot-melt powder. Heat transfer of the design on a textile backing can then be done. 

2.By printing the Plastisol ink or water based adhesive on the garments fabric cut pieces and then transferring the flock on the design by heat fusing process.
