Procedures
|
1.
Buyer issues ICPO (including Bank Coordinate)
2.
Seller issues FCO & draft SPA/Contract
3.
Buyer returns Signed FCO & Signed SPA/Contract to Seller and
Seller sign, seal and notarize FCO & SPA/Contract. Seller sends
Notarized FCO & SPA/Contract to Buyer.
4.
Buyer's Bank communicates with Seller's Bank - Pre-Advise as
follows:-
4.1 that
Buyer's Bank undertakes to swift MT**3 (as POF) after successful
performance of Dip Tests as in procedure No. 6.
4.2
Seller's Bank undertakes that upon receipt of pre-advise and
undertaking from Buyer's Bank as in 4.1, Seller's Bank undertakes
to release SGS, Reports, Tank Storage Receipts, Commercial Invoice,
Full POP & Dip Test Authorization to Buyer's Bank.
5.
Upon successful of the pre-advise & undertakings by both
Buyer's Bank & Seller' Bank, as in 4 above, Seller's Bank will
release SGS Reports, Tank Storage Receipts, Commercial Invoice,
Full POP and Dip Test Authorization to Buyer's Bank.
6.
Buyer arranges & performs dip tests.
7.
Buyer's Bank swift MT**3 worth the shipment total volume lifted to
Seller's Bank against transfer of Title of Certificate for the
entire value of lift-able amount of product in the
tank.
