SCCARE **0R SCCARE **0R is an accelerator blend recommended for EPDM rubber to give vulcanisate with very snappy cure, higher physical properties coupled with good scorch safety during processing. Blooming on surface, which is generally observed with EPDM products is totally avoided with SCCARE **0R. Maximum phr recommended is 5. 0 Mixing Cycle: All the above rubber accelerator blends should be mixed at the last stage of mixing. It is preferred the master batch is matured for *4 hrs before adding these accelerators. Whenever applicable, sulphur can be immediately added after that. No special care is needed to mix these Accelerators. Application: Moulded Goods, Profiles, Hoses, Belts Etc.
