Feature: 
1. ModelON799 LCD control panel gives you a good operation environment, real time level display, automatic counter function. Automatic checking function.  
2. When sensors detect a broken needle or a ferrous or magnetic material, an alarm signal can be given out.  
3. When the broken needle or other ferrous or magnetic metal is found, the machine gives out an alarm, and at the same time, the conveyor belt stops or returns automatically. If its alarm is given out normally, its probe will give out a light to indicate a object place where the broken needle or other ferrous metal or magnetic metal is. Twelve grades sensitivity adjustment.
4. Designed for universal AC power supply. Optional function: printing reports with a printer.

Our ModelON799 detector head can control your motor on the production line for startup and stop, when the detector detects metal object on the production line conveyor belt, it will warn, an outside LED light of the detector head on the conveyor belt shows the general location of the metal, it has the alarm display of multiple LED lights, when a LED light is bright, it tells you the present location of metal object on the conveyor belt, thus, a worker is easy to clear metals. Adopt a most advanced digital technology to produce it with an exclusive design, it owns alarm position show lights ( as shown down: Alarm Position Light show photo ).
