Plastic single wall corrugated pipes have features of high temperature resistance, resistant to corrosion and abrasion, high intensity, good flexibility, etc. They are widely used in fields of auto wire, electric wire stringing pipe, circuitry of machine tool, protector of lamp wire as well as tubes of air conditioner and washing machine, etc. SJDBGZ series plastic single wall corrugated pipe production line is studied and developed elaborately by our company. It adopts gear rotating mold blocks, template penetrating water cooling system and the product is cooled by wind, which ensures high-speed molding, uniform corrugation, and smooth inner and outer pipe wall. These corrugated pipes are specially used as wires of the up-market cars.
