It can be used to make transfers:

1.Reverse side screen printing on the flock layer of a synthetic adhesive, sprinkled with hot-melt powder. Heat transfer of the design on a textile backing can then be done.

2.By printing the Plastisol INK on pieces cut fabrics or water based adhesive on the garment fabrics and then transferring the flock film sheet on the design by heat fusing process.
