BM-QD1 PLC-control Pneumatic Teaching Experiment Table This equipment is mainly composed of experiment table, pneumatic componentg, air source, tool accessories, etc. 1) Experiment table workbench This workbench table-board of this set adopts common used “T” type aluminum profile in industrial control so that the pneumatic components can be conveniently installed and positioned. On the right side of the set there designs guide rails who can install seven control modules. It can be easily combined and extended so that it can be easily repaired and maintained. (Later on) Extension or exchange modules: extension input/output module of PLC, AD/DA module, control instrument module, sensor module, etc. Power supply: input: AC **0V *0Hz Output: DC *4V/2A PLC (programmable logic controller): Mitsubishi FX2N**6MR type mainframe (relay output mode) Input module: connect with PLC by the cable (9 pin **2 interface). After connection it can supply for PLC 8 channel master input signal (of these, 2 channel are normal closed signal). Through signal jack, it can supply automatic control signal to PLC. (Like position signal of position switch) Output module: connect with PLC by the cable (9 pin **2 interface). By output interface jack, it can control solenoid valve on/off.
