Description

The furniture factory is built on plot of *0 **0 m. There are two separate buildings with total built-up area of 7 **4 m (The one building has built-up area of 3 **8 m; The second building has built-up area of 3 **6 m). Since June ***6 The owner has been certified under ISO ***1:***0, with TUV CERT GmbH accreditation. Nowadays the company is in the process of implementing safety certificate on the working places, health standards OHSAS ****1, as well as, FSC STD******4 – certificate for wood origin control. Presently the company owns warehouses with a total area of *2 **0 m and cooperates with over *0 manufacturers from Bulgaria. The warehouses are used as an intermediate depot for the export. The factory was established in February, ***3 for the preparation, production and finishing of furniture from solid timber, MDF/chipboard panels and other materials, as well as finishing of the ready items. The technological process encompasses the following: storage, machine processing of details from solid timber, machine processing of laminated or veneered boards, assembling section, inspection, staining and lacquering, final assembly and packaging. All technological processes in the factory meet the European standards; the machines are new, last-generation, in compliance with safety and environmental protection regulations, acquired in the period ***3 – ***7. The machines and equipment utilized in the technological process are mainly: dry kilns, spray booths, compressors, cutting machines, band-belt-saw, grinding machines for drawers, multifunctional center for wood-processing, edge bander, punching press, motor knife and many other instruments, accessories and machines engaged in the production process. All machines are new with high productivity, made in Great Britain and Italy. For one of the buildings there is a license to be a workshop for solid furniture production.
