Attached is a coal Contract directly from seller, who has been in the business for long time, Longer than ERCE Trading, and to make matters easier for all involved I have attached sellers contract within this e mail, all correspondence will need to go through my self, as I am the mandated seller, and the letter of Mandate is also attached.

 

Kindly have a look at the contract, Price can and will always be negotiated through my self, as I will ensure you will get the best possible price. We do not require any form of payment from buyers NO commissions needed and NO agents fees required.  

 

Few facts.

·         LC will be transferable (this eliminates buyers paying for transportation from Mine to port costs or placing 2 LC) ONE LC Transferable to seller.

 

·         LC will need to be 3 months delivery, this is to ensure that buyers are not spot buyers and they are capable of buying, although spot deals are available the contract is for *2 months. Spot deals needs to be asked for separately from this contract.

 

·         The Coal is FOB from USA, port name and details are within the contract.

 

·         Once contract signed and LC  agreed, site visit and inspections are welcome, make arrangements to visit USA for visual inspection of coal, and port.

 

·         We will require from Buyers, ship name, flag it will be flying and any other information relevant to collection of coal.

 

·         Fob DEAL. However we have shipping company we use if you need CIF delivery, although payment terms will be at loading port.

 

·         Please note that we will ensure that all clients instruct own SGS report at my expense. To satisfy any issues.  

 

 

Cost of coal will be competitive and I am sure we can arrange a workable price for genuine buyers.
